The Jakarta administration has recently issued a new gubernatorial regulation that allows entrepreneurs to use their residence as a place of business — a practice previously prohibited.
Jakarta Deputy Governor Sandiaga Uno, formerly an entrepreneur, said Gubernatorial Regulation No. 30/2018 on micro and small enterprise permits was made to boost the development of such businesses in the capital.
